    If a client provides accommodation or transport, it must follow UK law. Rapport Recruitment Ltd does not own or control these services.

    Workers receive all pay due.

    Workers can raise concerns without fear of penalty.

Limits of Responsibility

Rapport Recruitment Ltd does not:

  • Control or supervise work activities on client sites

  • Provide or maintain equipment or PPE

  • Control accommodation or transport

  • Oversee day-to-day worker safety

  • Investigate or report RIDDOR incidents

Clients are legally responsible for workplace safety.
